This Bachelor Thesis focuses on evaluation of a financial situation of the organization in the period from 2015 to 2019 and provides with suggestions for an improvement. The theoretical part defines concepts and specific formulas from selected literature. The analytical part contains of detailed description of the organization together with the calculated indicators. The suggestions for the improvement of financial situation of the organization are based on the calculations from the analytical part.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The diploma thesis deals with the draft financial plan of the company LESCUS Cetkovice, s. r.o. The work is divided into several parts. The first part contains the theoretical basis of the work. Subsequently, we move on to the part the financial and strategic analysis, which evaluates the situation of 2015-2019. Based on the results of the analysis, a financial plan is created for company. This financial plan is compiled for the year 2020-2023 in two variants, optimistic and pessimistic. Finally, the finanxial plan is evaluated.

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of Chesterton ČR s.r.o. company, finding strengths and weaknesses, predicting its future development, respectively, and draw possible solutions to problematic areas of the private enterprise. For this analysis will be used a new software solution which was developed for this business-related organization by myself. This analysis should serve the company to increase its efficiency and enable better understanding of the problematic aspects of the economic activities of the company.

Main goal of this thesis is concept of software for easier work at making financial analyses. Next goal of this thesis is to process financial analyse of limited lability company, correctly consture results and propose eventual steps for improvement to top management of the company. The first part of the thesis is concernet with theoretical conceptions needed for financial analyse. The second part of the thesis is intent on practical execute of financial analyse in a given software. In conclusion of the thesis are summarized the results of partial analyse, problematic areas and concept of problems solution.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the financial situation of ELPIK the company during the years of 2012 – 2016 with using strategic and financial analysis methods. The first part of this bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical basis, which serves as a basis for the analysis of given analyzes. The second part of the thesis is focused on the calculation of financial analysis and the elaboration of strategic analyzes. In the last part, suggestions are made that are based on the analyzes carried out and should lead to an improvement of the financial situation of the company.

Statistical Analysis of Risk Indicators of a Company

This diploma thesis aims at analyzing accounting and financial indicators using time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis of selected company VIDEN plus, a.s. The thesis analyzes the development trends of individual indicators, which are able to reveal the state of the company. Based on the data obtained, the issue of company risks arising from the analyzes and their correction is then addressed.

Use of subsidy funds for city development

This master's thesis addresses the utilization of subsidy funds for urban development. Within the analysis, the economic management of the town of Kuřim from 2018 to 2022 was examined. The theoretical framework of the study focuses on the examination of income sources, their distribution, and amounts, with a key emphasis on analyzing the impact of subsidy funds on the overall economic context of the town. The concluding section of the thesis evaluates a specific project: the establishment of a transportation terminal in the town of Kuřim, which was implemented using subsidy funds provided by the European Union. The Cost-Benefit Analysis method is employed for the financial and economic analysis of the project, that includes the valuation of socio-economic impacts and the calculation of key criteria such as NPV, IRR, IR, and return on investment. The results of the financial analysis clearly indicate that the project would be almost unfeasible without subsidy utilization over its lifespan. However, even after incorporating the subsidy, the project remains unprofitable. Therefore, an economic analysis, relevant for a project of public nature, was also conducted. Consideration of economic factors demonstrates the overall benefit and contribution of the project to the town of Kuřim in the context of its long-term sustainability and development.

The bachelor thesis is focused on financial evaluation of the company ISOBAST, s. r. o. for past six consecutive periods. The monitored years for the analysis are 2015–2020. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which specifies selected indicators of financial analysis, and a practical part, which analyzes are calculated indicators of financial analysis, including their interpretation and comparison with a competing company. The thesis conclusion contains my proposal for the improvement of the company's financial situation.

In the practical part I apply acquired theoretical knowledge to perform a financial analysis in a selected company. The last part compares the financing options of selected business activities, that lead to finding the optimal financing solution.

The first part is devoted to theoretical concepts related to financial analysis. The practical part contains the analysis of the company itself, including the calculation of selected indicators. Finally, measures are proposed to improve the financial situation of the company.
